Inspiration: Most of the scenery in this painting was from the Fort Worth Botanic Garden in Fort Worth, Texas. This commission was executed for a young couple who wanted a romantic painting of them walking hand in hand through a garden. The tree to the left of the couple is a Magnolia species which produces stunning pink flowers in the spring.
